Competition Commission coming for the franchise industry
So the Competition Commission is apparently gearing up to investigate the franchise sector, and we’re talking big names here, Chicken Licken, KFC, Pick n Pay, Spar, the lot. R15 billion coastal development in KZN
Renishaw Coastal Precinct has launched a new residential estate called Restilridge Farm Estate on the KZN coast, part of a massive R15 billion development. It’s a big vote of confidence in our property market, especially coastal KZN which took some knocks after the floods and unrest a few years back. Nice to see serious money flowing into SA property again, even if most of us won’t be buying a plot there anytime soon.
